The House Ventures, LLC residential investment strategy is to target mature, growth markets in the multi-family, condominium, single-family residential and affluent resort/leisure real estate areas. HV, LLC will acquire the properties and add value by repositioning the asset through renovation and renegotiating new leasing and yield management during the investment holding period. The company will act as a managing member, as sole proprietor, or will joint venture with other real estate entities and partners.
